1. The short version
- We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name or address.
- The browser game stores which levels you have cleared in your own browser's local storage, on your device. That information is not sent to us.
- The contact form does not transmit anything; it prepares an email in your own mail program.
- Like any website, this site is served over the internet, so our hosting provider and any third-party services used on a page necessarily process technical request data.
2. Information stored on your device
When you complete a level in the browser game, the level number is saved in your browser's local storage under a single key. This is what makes cleared levels stay marked when you come back. It stays on your device, we cannot read it, and you can remove it at any time by clearing site data for watersort.in in your browser settings. The game works normally without it — you simply lose the record of cleared levels.
3. Information processed when you visit
To deliver a web page, our hosting provider processes standard technical information such as your IP address, the requested URL, the time of the request, your browser's user agent and referrer. This is ordinary server operation and is used to serve the site, keep it available and protect it from abuse.
4. Fonts and third-party resources
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, and Google therefore receives the technical request data described above. Google's handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising
If advertising is shown on this site, it will be clearly separated from the site's own content and from the game controls, and it will be provided by a third-party advertising service. Such services may use cookies or similar identifiers to select and measure advertisements, subject to applicable consent requirements and to your own browser and device settings.

If you email support@watersort.in, we receive whatever you include in that message and we keep it only as long as needed to handle your question. Please do not send sensitive personal information by email.
8. Children
The puzzle is suitable for all ages, and the site is not directed at children in a way that involves collecting personal information from them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your choices
- Clear site data in your browser to remove the stored level progress.
- Use your browser's cookie and tracking controls to limit third-party identifiers.
- Email us with any question about this policy or any request relating to data you have sent us.
10. Changes to this policy
If the way the site works changes — for example if analytics or advertising is added — this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means the current version applies.
