Write to support@watersort.in. This is the published address for WaterSort.in and for the Water Sort Puzzle Android app by Galaxy Studio. We read everything that arrives; we usually reply within a few working days, and we cannot promise a response time beyond that.
What to include for a bug report
- Which page you were on (for example, the play page or a specific guide).
- Your device and browser, such as "Android 14, Chrome" or "iPhone, Safari".
- What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead.
- The level number, if the problem was in the game.
With those four details we can usually reproduce a problem straight away. Without them it is mostly guesswork.
Compose a message
This form does not send anything by itself and collects nothing — it simply prepares an email in your own mail app, which you then send. If you would rather not use it, write to support@watersort.in directly.
